Trying something new - 5 Question Friday

1. What's on the top of your holiday wish list and why?!
As sad as it is I just want a new pair of earmuffs.  But not the cheap ones that adjust on top of your head. No I want those nice expensive ones that wrap around the back of your head. The ones that are like $20 a pair, aka why I haven't just bought them for myself.

2. What is your favorite Christmas gift from the past?My Pandora bracelet - the gift that keeps on giving.  My mom got me the bracelet itself a few years ago. I love it but my husband not exactly as excited since I always want new charms. I have to admit my obsession with them has now lead to a second bracelet and a necklace since I had so many beads I "had" to have somewhere to put them all.

3. If you had life to do over, what would you be when you grow up?
Once I figure it out I'll let you know. But I can say I want to be something besides an office rat! I truly dislike sitting in my little cube everyday creating more and more pointless paper work!!

4. When do you put up your tree?
Always the weekend after Thanksgiving! It doesn't matter what is going on it must be done before I go to bed Sunday night that weekend!

5. What is your favorite Holiday?

That is a close tie between Christmas and Halloween. I love love love decorating for both holidays!

  1. Saw your blog title on 5QF and had to check it out...I was just diagnosed with MS last Spring!

I've seen those Pandora bracelets and they look addicting. Have you seen those Italian charms of the past? I really got into those when they were hot - but those were much cheaper (both in cost and manufacturing)...I can only imagine how much somebody could invest in a Pandora bracelet! Yikes! ;)

    Have a great weekend!

  2. Pennie - Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you will follow me. I have been lucky these last few months and haven't had many MS issues so I haven't been posting much about it but I am trying to get a weekly post/guest post about life with MS going. Let me know if you'd be interested in contributing.

  3. Hi, Nikki-stopped by from Mama M's 5QF. I'm with you on the simple gifts on my wish list! My tree still isn't up, but I might feel guilty enough to put it up this weekend after reading the most everyone else put theirs up last weekend!
Happy holidays to you and your family.

  4. Hi Mommy, I have MS as well. I was diagnosed 20 years ago as a teen. It has been in remission for 5 1/2 years, so I don't always blog about it, but I will say for me having and nursing kids has been very healing :)

I also have a charm bracelette that I love. I have the first initial of each of my babies, a girl charm for each and a pair of baby booties.
