I am having a really rough week. My MSonster has reared its ugly head and knocked be backwards pretty hard and unfortunately I've had a freakin busy ass week so I haven't had the chance to rest and recoup. I feel like I've been run over by a fuckin Mack Truck and they threw it into reverse a ran over me again just to make sure I was truly flat on my ass. I hurt - I'm exhausted - and I'm stuck in the fucking office for the next two days!
Someone please pass the pain killers and point me back to my bed.

I am so glad to have found you! I have lupus and completely understand what it's like to have a horrible autoimmune disease that tries its hardest to kick your ass! *hug*
